Thursday, November 10, 2022. Shree Hanuman Mandir, Dahi to Kukshi (2 Brothers Hotel)

I woke around 2:30 am  to go for bathroom and heard this loud chanting of one line bhajan. I wondered how long that would go on???  Well it went on all night. At about 5:00 am there were few people who came making more noise with bells and Dholak (drums) and singing loudly. Sleep was well disturbed. We left at 6:15 am. Hoping to find some tea. Sure enough right at the corner the tea stall was open.  We had tea and started walking around 6:45 am. Earliest we have started so far. We are still walking on the main roads through villages and towns. We stopped at for tea at an roadside Sai Baba Ashram. There was a couple who is managing the place. The Husband has some disabilities. He sits at one place and greets all the Parikramavasis. His wife does all the work. When got there she was finishing the morning prayers. She made tea for us and asked if there are more coming behind us. We said yes. She prepared some extra tea. We were given some Rusk toast with tea. There was a beautiful white dog that also came for breakfast. He was given some Rotis and was very happy. From there we continued walking. Baiju will stop every so often take pictures. We are seeing beautiful scenery. We reached Shivdhaam Ashram in Padiyaal  for lunch.   After lunch we walked for an hour or so the. Got in the car to go to next ashram.  We drove a few kilometers and decided to stay in a hotel in Kukshi town.  We crossed at the confluence of Vagh and Yuri Rivers on our way to the hotel. We stopped at the first hotel we saw and rooms were available and acceptable. We took for one night with the option to extend. We washed two days worth of clothes and hung them around the room. The hotel has roof top restaurant. We went there at dusk and saw a lovely Sunset. We had 360 degree view of the town. Sunilji said it has grown a lot since he saw it last.  We started to have dinner there but the mosquitoes won we went one floor down to the AC room to finish dinner. Today we walked 23 kilometers.
