We woke up late. We decided to stay in Nemavar today. This is the Nabhisthal (Navel – center point) of Narmada Maiya. We got Tea in the room from the restaurant next door. Got ready and walked around the small market. Had breakfast and walked to the Ghaat. There is Siddhanath Mahadev Mandir. The temple was built in 11th-12th century by the Paramara dynasty. The architecture looks old and absolutely beautiful. There are carving on all sides of the temple building. The atmosphere is serene and lovely. We took lots of photos. Sitting in the main temple was peaceful. We heard some Narmada bhajans by a priest. We hung around for couple of hours and came back to the hotel by Noon. We relaxed for rest of the day. I caught up on ten days of writing. In the evening we went to the market picked some fresh vegetables, milk and Yogurt and then went to the restaurant next to the hotel and asked him to make dry Subjji. At the end of the meal we had boiled milk with sugar. With a promise from the hotel manager that we will get hot Tea in the morning we went to our room for the night. Today we walked 4 kms. around Nemavar.
